Below are the description of some of the technical words we use.

♦ PHP = A programming language which manipulates the html code. This language can be used to connect to an online database called Mysql.

♦ Mysql = An online database use to store data such as, customers details, products, news articles and more. This gives the website data on demand, and connection and data retrieval is unnoticed by the user.

♦ Backend = A password protected area where the website user can update data either from a database or file. Useful for website owners who has little knowledge of websites and will be unable to change content on the site.
